As part of the development one the most exclusive Country Clubs, developed by MGI Land Development, LLC, David A. Flanders Surveying and Site Consultant, PLLC was selected to recover the existing boundary survey of the 550 acre tract of land and establish the vertical control datum based upon the NGVD 1929 Datum and to establish a horizontal and vertical control network utilizing GPS technology. David A. Flanders Surveying and Site Consultant, PLLC then provided construction stake out for the development of the roadways, clubhouse, pro shop and related infrastructure for the facility.
